In this episode we discuss:

How can a plant based keto diet potentially help individuals with diabetes and high cholesterol?

What’s the difference between plant based keto and animal based keto (hint—- there ARE MANY!)

And many more...

Interested in trying it? Check out this plant based keto meal plan from Keyto: (FYI this is NOT a paid partnership, I have ZERO financial affiliation with this company, I just believe in their program!)

As with ANY dietary change***please consult with your physician/healthcare provider before making any changes.
